We truly appreciate and need your dedicated financial support to continue to provide free-of-charge compassionate care for hundreds of individuals facing life-limiting illness and bereaved families in the community. We have been providing our services free of charge since 1977.
The Hospice of the Conejo Tree of Life stands as a symbol of love and remembrance during the holiday season. Dedicate a Star Ornament to honor or remember your loved one. Names of loved ones are written on the Stars and hang on the Tree of Life during the holiday season (Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve). Donations are used to serve those in our community who are terminally ill, as well as their families, and provide comfort and healing support to those who have lost a loved one.

A Star Dedication Card for the Tree of Life can be sent with a minimum of $20 donation. We appreciate your generous tribute for any amount over this minimum. The amount will not be disclosed to the recipient. Please make sure you complete the PayPal form on the next page to ensure the Dedication Card will be sent.
For those considering adding Hospice of the Conejo to their estate plan, there are several options available including:
