             It has come to our attention that some of our contributors have confused Hospice of the Conejo with a group called Our Community House of Hope.  Please know that Hospice of the Conejo does not have any financial or organizational affiliations.

 

             Hospice of the Conejo appreciates and needs your dedicated financial support to continue free-of-charge compassionate care for many hundreds of terminally-ill and bereaved families in the community each year, as we have for the past 35 years.

Single Gift

A gift of any amount will enable us to continue to provide our services throughout the community. Making a single donation is one of the easiest ways to show your support for the Hospice of the Conejo.

 

Monthly Gift

Join our monthly giving program and have your donation spread out over time. You can securely set up your pledge online and have your gift of $20, $50, or $100 automatically donated to HOC each month.

 

Memorial Gift

A Memorial gift is a way to pay tribute to an individual's life. Your friend, colleague, or loved one's family will be notified of your thoughtfulness through a personalized acknowledgement card. You may make a memorial gift using this form or make your memorial gift online.

 

 

Tree of Life Star Dedication Cards (November, December)

Dedicate a Star on the Hospice Tree of Life in memory or in honor of a loved one or friend.

 

Workplace Giving

If your employer engages in a workplace giving campaign, you may be able to designate payroll-deducted donations to Hospice of the Conejo. We are a qualified 501(c)3 organization that accepts tax-deductible donations.

 

Creative Gift

For those considering adding Hospice of the Conejo to their estate plan, there are several options available including:

  - A bequest

  - A life insurance policy

  - Gifts of property (before and after death)

  - IRA's

  - Charitable gift annuities

  - Securities including stocks and bonds

  - Charitable trusts
