In response to the loss we have all experienced over the past two years, Hospice of the Conejo has created a Summer Grief Support Series to connect, process, grieve, celebrate, and support one another as a community.
ALL EVENTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC, RSVP FOR LOCATION DETAILS
In collaboration with Art Trek, create a Grief Survival Kit for a loved one grieving a loss. Personalize the kit with things like picture frames, lavender spray, journals, tea, sweet treats, letter writing, finger puppets, worry stones, meditations, loving thoughts, etc.

Other events in our Summer Series...
Saturday, July 10th, 5-7pm: Love and Loss Story Night
An evening of community storytelling to celebrate the love part of loss. Come share stories about a loved one who has passed. Bring pictures and/or a meaningful item to share.
Saturday, August 27th, 6-9pm: Morbid Margaritas
Finally, a cocktail party where you’re SUPPOSED to discuss a taboo subject! Join us for a very different kind of night out. We’ll enjoy some cocktails and talk about death in unexpected and open ways. Cocktail dress encouraged.
Saturday, September 10th, 10:30am-12:30pm: Death & Donuts
The daytime follow-up to Morbid Margaritas. In collaboration with Rose Family Mortuary, spend the morning filling out your Advance Directives. We will walk you through the process and notarize them at the end of the event.
