Hospice of the Conejo's Tree of Life stands as a symbol of love and remembrance durning the holiday season.  Names of your loved one are written on Star ornaments and hung on the Tree of Life during the holiday season (Thanksgiving thru Christmas Eve).

Donations are used to serve those in our community who are terminally ill, as well as their family members; and provide comfort and healing support to those who have lost a loved one.

Our Reading of the Names Ceremony will be held on Thursday December 15th at the Oaks Shopping Center (by the Food Court).  The name of every person that had a Star dedicated in their honor will be read aloud at the ceremony.  Please join us at 6pm.  Light Refresments will be served.
