DONATIONS

When you contribute to Hospice of the Conejo, you become part of a very special group of people who work together to ensure that the best quality care and support is available to individuals and families in our community.

Hospice of the Conejo is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our nonprofit federal tax I.D. number is #95-3219656. All donations are tax deductible

IMPORTANT NOTE

Hospice of the Conejo does not receive any funding from Medicare or private insurance. We rely entirely on the generosity of people like you through private donations, grants and fundraisers. Your dedicated support ensures that hundreds of individuals facing life-limiting illnesses—and their grieving families—never have to worry about the cost of care.

TREE OF LIFE STAR DEDICATION

Hospice of the Conejo’s Tree of Life stands as a symbol of love and remembrance during the holiday season. Dedicate a Star Ornament to honor or remember your loved one. Names of loved ones are written on the Stars and hang on the Tree of Life during the holiday season (Thanksgiving until Christmas). Donations are used to serve those in our community who are terminally ill, as well as their families, and provide comfort and healing support to those who have lost a loved one.

Would you like to let someone know you have dedicated a star?

A Star Dedication for the Tree of Life can be sent with a minimum $20 donation. We appreciate your generous tribute for any amount over this minimum. The amount will not be disclosed to the recipient.

“It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.”
