Golf Tournament

For nearly 40 years, the Hospice of the Conejo Charity Golf Tournament has been a beloved community tradition. Held for the past decade at the beautiful Sunset Hills Country Club in Thousand Oaks, this fun-filled competition offers golfers a premier experience on the links, complete with on-course treats, serious prizes, unique challenges and endless camaraderie. The day concludes with our vibrant Martini Mixer in the clubhouse featuring live music, buffet dinner, silent auction and a trophy ceremony.

Most importantly, every dollar raised directly supports Hospice’s essential services—including end-of-life care, grief support and community education—all provided entirely at no cost.
