Golf Tournament

Our biggest annual fundraiser, the Hospice of the Conejo Charity Golf Tournament dates back nearly 40 years. Held for the past decade at beautiful Sunset Hills Country Club in Thousand Oaks, this fun-filled event gives golfers the opportunity to enjoy a pristine day on the links followed by a martini mixer in the evening featuring music, drinks and food.

Dollars raised by the tournament go to support Hospice’s critical services in the community, including end-of-life care, grief support and education-all provided at no cost.
