Other Events in Our Summer Series...
Saturday, June 25th 1-3pm: Grief Survival Kits, Art Trek Newbury Park
Create a Grief Survival Kit for a loved one grieving a loss. Personalize the kit with things like picture frames, lavender spray, journals, tea, sweet treats, letter writing, finger puppets, worry stones, meditations, loving thoughts, etc.
Saturday, August 27th, 6-9pm: Morbid Margaritas, (private location, must RSVP)
Finally, a cocktail party where you’re SUPPOSED to discuss a taboo subject! Join us for a very different kind of night out. We’ll enjoy some cocktails and talk about death in unexpected and open ways. Cocktail dress encouraged.
Saturday, September 10th, 10:30am-12:30pm: Death & Donuts, T.O Library
The daytime follow-up to Morbid Margaritas. In collaboration with Rose Family Mortuary, spend the morning filling out your Advance Directives. We will walk you through the process and notarize them at the end of the event.
